I was raised with both English and Japanese. I speak both languages with absolutely no accent and can honestly say that both are my first language. I Grew up in Tokyo until I was 19 and came to the U.S. where I have been residing for the past 16 years. I am still a Japanese citizen and periodically go back to Tokyo to see my family.
